She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Kistler and Lola Kistler (Ralstin); and her sister-in-law Shirley Kistler. She is survived by: her husband Cecil; her children, Bill Miller (Karen) of Tyler, TX, Brad Miller of Ft. Worth, TX and Becky McDowell of Lincoln, NE; and her brother Dick Kistler of San Jose, CA. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and three former family members.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the American Legion (310 Veterans Memorial Dr, Marysville, KS 66508).
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated at a later date.
