He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Fillmore and Ethel Fillmore (Roakey); his former wife Wilha Madorin (VanPettan); his wife Maurine Bacon (Conner); his stepson Rodney Bacon; his stepgrandson Joshua Bacon; and his siblings, Irma Born, Ethel Ruth Romine, Paul Fillmore, Robert Fillmore, Dean Fillmore, John Fillmore, Edd Fillmore, Fred Fillmore Jr. and Keith Fillmore.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Graves (Lincoln), Rebecca Mueller (Marty), Harriet Rebel (Jeff), Martin Madorin and Cyrus Fillmore; his stepchildren, Betty Richardson (Alan), Lois Johnson (Leroy), Ramona Langley (Steve) and Ronald Bacon (Betty Lou); and his sister Annabelle Bolejack. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
