He was predeceased by : his parents, Dennis E. Sr. Shultz and Catherine Shultz (Johns); and his niece Katie Shultz. He is survived by : his wife Sharlene Shultz (Peter); his children, Brandon Crawford of Miltona, MN and Teryl Crawford of Wichita, KS.; his brothers, Dennis E. Shultz of Erie, KS and Byron Shultz of Erie, KS; and his grandchildren, Caden Crawford, Chosen Jackson, Jaeda and Ryker Porter.
