He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sister Janice Jensen; his sons, David and Reginald Bollinger (Angie); his daughter-in-law Bridget Bollinger; his daughter Lonna Lockhart; his grandchildren, Parker, Hale, Harrison Bollinger, Morgan (Stivers), Erinn Fitzgerald, Sarah, Mary Bollinger (Schoenberger), Matthew and Ally Bollinger; his stepchildren, Jay Knorr (Lori), Cynthia Wiltse (Scott) and John Bergman (Jennifer); and his stepgrandchildren, Alex, Max, Connor, Rachel, Brent, Cassidy, Nathan, Justin, Jed, Johann and Josephine.
