He is survived by: his wife Melba Gahagan; his sons, Brian Gahagan and Thomas Vande Linde (Jake); his grandchildren, Brendon (Kayli), Gabriel, Ella and Joseph; his brother Larry; his sisters-in-law, Katie Lumm of Denison and Rita Gahagan of Benton, KS; his sister Frances Gahagan-Will of Andover, KS.; and his nieces and nephews, Ruth Ann Kindall, Ed, Kim Spielbusch, Jan, Mike Pippig, Steve, Kris Gahagan, Robert, Karen Gahagan, Greg, Kelli Lumm, Duane and Lori Schultze.
