It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Marie Mitchell of Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Bailey and Edith Bailey (Klauman); her husband Lloyd Mitchell; and her brothers, Marvin and Dale Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Richie Casalvera (Barry Murray) and Dee Isle (Ed); her great grandchildren, Jason Isle (Hunter), Justin Isle (Kristen) and Jaden Thomas; her great great grandchildren, Katie Isle and Kori Isle; and her grandsons, Jason Bollig and Andrew Markham.
Her generous heart extended beyond her family; in her memory, donations can be made to the Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF) or St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
