She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert White and Daisy White; her former husband Joseph Rodriguez (George Welling); and her brothers, Robert White, Benjamin White and Wendell White.

She is survived by: her daughter Nancy; her former husband George Welling; her children, Joseph "Joe Vic" Rodriguez (Debbie), Valerie Petoskey, Stephanie Roberson, Chris Rodriguez, Lea Semrad (Matt Chism) and Lisa Jones (Alan); and her grandchildren, Dawn, Brian, Eric, Joseph, Kelly, Christy, Matthew, Elizabeth, Lavell, Christopher, Lacey, Cecilia, Amilia, Maria, Michael, Jake, Zach and Leigh.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to (ACARF) Allen County Animal Rescue Foundation in Nancy's honor and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
