She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Burghart and Minnie Burghart (Debler); her former husband Kenneth Hasty; her husband Carl Nordt; her children, Craig Hasty, Bill Hasty, Mary Kay Fry, Debbie Nordt and Peggy Mudd; and her brothers, Bill, Karl and Verle Burghart.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Hasty (Jennie), John Hasty (Patty), Linda Sigler (Mark) and Carla Church (Kevin); her children-in-law, Arlene Hasty and John Fry; and her brother Earl Dee Burghart.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Zion Lutheran Church, or the Cherry Street Youth Center, honoring Phyllis's spirit of giving.
