Rena Mae Sehorn Obituary

We announce the death of Rena Mae Sehorn in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 89. Rena will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hunter and Nell Hunter (Fuller). She is survived by: her husband Bobby Sehorn; her children, Tony, Bret and Sheri Bunce (Larry); her grandchildren, Bridger Dyson-Smith (Katie), Mariah Dyson-Smith (Dan), Orion Dyson-Smith, Stephanie Sehorn, James Sehorn (Amee), Taylor Bunce and Ethan Bunce; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Silas, Margaret, George, Peter, Renslee, Timmen and Althea; and her siblings, Sammie Hunter (Jan), Charles "Butch" Hunter and Rebecca "Becky" Kay Key (Paul). She is also survived by her family, friends.

In leu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Humboldt Senior Center or Iola Senior Center, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
