He is survived by: his wife Melody; his sons, Trevor, Stephen (Leah) and Benjamin (Kaitlin); his grandchildren, Gideon, Jackson, Julian, Justice, Desmond and Ellis; and his siblings, Patricia Turnquist, Laura Johannsen and Douglas Adwell.
