We are sad to announce that, on February 28, 2026, at the age of 83, Ronald E. Johnson of Chanute, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Ronald departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ronald. Though Ronald may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Johnson and Doris Johnson (Nelson); and his wife Mary Lou Farnham. He is survived by: his cousins, Kay Elder of Humboldt, Larry Nelson of Kansas City, Rexine Spencer of Thayer, Trudy Bassett of Gisela, Arizona, Tina Nelson of Gisela, Arizona and Earl Ludlum of Hillsboro, Missouri..
