She is survived by: her husband Todd Phillips; her daughters, Jasmine (Stephen), Shayla (Trystan), Nicole (Jarad) and Chelsea (Tommy); her grandchildren, Owen, Mia, Blayne, Abby, Waylon, Julian and Colt; her sister Leslie Summervill; her mother Shirley Locke; her brother-in-law Wayne Everett; and her mother-in-law Sandra Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
