He was predeceased by : his parents, James Perry and Zella Luetta Baker (Wiles); his wife Donna Baker; and his brothers, Charlie and Ronny.

He is survived by : his children, Bobbi Jean Wolgamott, Ryan Baker, Randy Baker, Misty Peterson and Natasha Maher; his stepchildren, Amanda Streeter and Chad Warner; and his siblings, Nancy Bockover and Robert "Bob" Baker. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
