He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Patrick and Irene Lucille Moloney (Foye); his wife Judith Ann (Jochems); his brother James Moloney; and his siblings-in-law, Ella Moloney, Don Wasylk and James Jochems.

He is survived by: his sisters, Marilyn Moloney Wasylk and Therese Moloney Howe; his cousin Michael Moloney (Catherine); Kathryn Moloney Mundy. He is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews, forty grandnieces and grandnephews and four great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews; his California cousins.
