He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Oxford and Edith Oxford (Sage); and his siblings, Ralph Oxford, Grace Oxford, Harry Oxford, Jerry Oxford, Dale Oxford, Martha Oxford and Geraldine Miller (Oxford).
He is survived by: his children, Destinee Raquel Allen (Travis Yancey) of Imperial Beach and John Travis Oxford (Amy Oxford) of Chapman, Kansas; his former wife Pamela Oxford; his sisters, Patricia Bly, Frances Sloan and Mary Long; and his grandchildren, Keith Callender, Kevin Callender, Heather'lea Walsh, Kayla Oxford and Koen Oxford. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
