She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Franklin and Lillian "Maxine" Singleton (Guffin); her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Gomez; her son Terry Kurth; and her siblings, Jackie "Jack" Singleton, Eileen John and Sherry Cook.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelly Kurth of Wichita, KS; her brothers, Kenny Singleton (Pat) of Independence, MO and Dennis Singleton (Ann) of Moundridge, KS; and her grandchildren, Preston Mboob (Tionna Forbush) of Kansas City, MO and Faith Kurth of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Birzer Funeral Home (214 West Ave S, Lyons, KS 67554). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to Olivia Faith Kurth (college education fund) or Harry Hynes Hospice in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
