He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ray and Isla Swift (Hull); his brothers, Claton Swift and Marvin Swift; and his daughter Belinda "Kay" Self.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Self of Seminole, OK, Charla Self of Seminole, OK and Traci Morris (Darrell) of Seminole, OK; and his siblings, Ellie Swift (Donnie) of Matfield Green and Melvin Swift (Joyce) of Matfield Green. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brown-Bennett Alexander Funeral Home (201 Cherry St, Cottonwood Falls, KS 66845).
