He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Albers and Virginia Albers (Eck); his parents-in-law, Joe and Rose Brost (Helten); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Albers (Metzen), Jerome Brost and Jerry Cleary.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Michelle Mohacsi (Tibor), Chris Albers (Maria), Ann Frey (Scott), Matt Albers (Jessa), Amy Schroeder (Layne), Jaci Bell (Mike), David Albers (Suzanne) and Kelli Charles (Wil); and his siblings, Mary Jane Elpers (Rollie), Bob Albers (Betty), Don Albers, Gina Hommertzheim (Don) and Annette Smalley (Dave).
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (4813 NE 150 Ave, Cheney, KS 67025). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Rose Catholic Church Building Fund 4813 NE 150th Avenue Cheney, Kansas 67025.
