The memory of Judith (Shanahan) Liby of Cheney, Kansas, who passed away on September 27, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, A. J. Shanahan and Irma Shanahan (Stuck); her husband Stanley K. Liby, Sr.; and her siblings, Jan Smith, Nancy McClintock, Sally Stewart, Debbie Shanahan of Deanna Nash, J. P and Carolyn Kasper.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Versluys (John), Stanley Liby, Jr. and Greg Liby (Melissa); her grandchildren, Shayla Liby, Nathan Liby, Kylie Liby, Canyon Liby, Abby Versluys and Aspen Liby; and her siblings, Tony Shanahan, Bill Shanahan, Sue Porter, Kathleen Garst and Jeanne Lee. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Highland Cemetery (1298 K 106 Hwy, Minneapolis, KS 67467).
