He was predeceased by: his parents, John Potocnik and Lena Potocnik (Kotnek). He is survived by: his wife Maria Soper of Turner's Drive Inn; his sons, John Potocnik of Tulsa, OK and Jerry Potocnik (Karen) of Lee's Summit, MO; and his sisters, Rosalee Mosburg and Linda Allen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be directed to the West Mineral Methodist Church.
