Hogan; his children, Terri Rash, Christy Ballinger, Rae Lynn Rash, Michael Hogan (Venessa) and Justin Hogan (Tabitha); his siblings, Jerry Rash, Jon Rash (Debie), Jack Rash (Debbie), Bill Rash (Cheryl), Bruce Rash (Jenny), Jayne Knight (Frank) and Marlene Poole (Rex); his grandchildren, Mariah Ballinger, Madison Ballinger of Cherryvale, Jermaine Williams of Topeks Kansas, Ashilyn Rash, Cooper Mayberry of Coffeyville, Haley Hogan of Kansas, Ethan Hogan, Baylee Hogan of Moline Kansas, James Hogan, Amelia Hogan and Annabel Hogan of Winfield Kansas; his great grandchild Ada Williams; and his sister-in-law Wilma Bell (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
