She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo G. Cook and Elsie Cook (Quillen); her brothers, Jerry Cook and David Cook; and her granddaughter Kimberly Meeks.

She is survived by : her close friend George Rivera; her children, Lisa Reddy (Larry) of Independence and David Wayne Acord (Dona) of Derby, Kansas.; and her brother Ronn Cook (Sue) of Wichita, Kansas. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
