She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Strickland and Thelma Strickland (Lindsey). She is survived by: her husband Andy Carter; her children, John Carter (Loretta) of Kentucky, One and Marsha Moses (Dusty) of Oswego, Kansas.; her grandchildren, DeLisa Harms (Jake), Nick Moses (Brittany) and Josh Carter (Hailey); and her great grandchildren, Jentry, Jett Harms and Rynlee Moses.
