He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne M., Sr. and Lois Smith; his sister Louise Pendergraft; and his grandson Jack Monroe Siegrist. He is survived by: his sister Irene Simpson; his wife Mary Phyllis; and his children, Michael (Jo Ellen) of Anchorage, AK, Greg (Sue) of Clearwater, KS, Shelly Burrus (Kevin) of Bel Aire, KS, Kathy Burrus (Mike) of Wichita, Cindy Graf (Pat) of Wichita and Patrick (Natalie McNeil) of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
