She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Lynn and Ruth Phipps (Johnson); her husband Ray Oyler; her siblings-in-law, Ramona Mirt, Glyndis Oyler, Keith Ott, Max Oyler, Steve Gossman, Luis Mirt and Daryl Rein; her nephews, Todd Phipps and Jeremy Gossman; and her niece Glynis McCune.
She is survived by: her children, Janell Robertson (Troy) of Dodge City, Brian Oyler (Gwen) of Cimarron, Leasa Wendel (Dan) of Ingalls and Lana Bryant (Rodney) of Ensign; her grandchildren, Rachel Fanster (Justin), Shelby, Tamara Robertson, Aaron Oyler (Taylor), Ashtyn Oyler, Christopher Wendel (Hannah Missler), Samantha Wendel, Weston and Carson Bryant; her great grandchildren, Ree, Jace, Brennon, Atleigh, Emersyn and Stetson; and her siblings, Ronnie Phipps (Judy) of Medicine Lodge, Rod Phipps (Linda) of Lee's Summit, Joyce Ott of Wichita and Steve Phipps (Betty) of Cimarron.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Swaim Funeral Chapel - Cimarron (919 N 5th St, Cimarron, KS 67835). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Cimarron Methodist Church (108 N 2nd St, Cimarron, KS 67835).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalvesta Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
