She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thomas and Betty Thomas (Lightner); her husband Larry Neuschafer; and her brother Charles "Tom" Thomas Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Neuschafer Jr. (Charlotte) of Cimarron and Chuck Neuschafer (Audrey) of Andover, Kansas; her siblings, Pete Thomas (Jane) of Cimarron and Susan Wallace (Denis) of Cimarron; her sister-in-law Judy Thomas of Cimarron; and her grandchildren, Ashley Ledford (Jacob), Dylan Neuschafer (Ana), Joshua Neuschafer, Annie Neuschafer (Ashley Tedford), Alex Neuschafer (Megan), Kaleb Neuschafer (Hannah), Blake Neuschafer (Mady) and Emma Neuschafer. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Swaim Funeral Chapel (919 N 5th St, Cimarron, KS 67835). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church (302 N Main St, Cimarron, KS 67835).

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or the First Christian Church in Cimarron.
