He is survived by: his nephew Bryce Dirks (Stacy) of Montezuma, Kansas; his niece Kandis Crawford (Patrick) of Lindsborg, Kansas; and his stepchildren, Jerry Miller (Bugs), Kevin Miller, Teresa Miller and Gary Miller. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
