With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Renee Lelaine Gates of Cimarron, Kansas, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on March 14, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lois Mae Jones and Charles Isham Yaple; her brother Patrick Yaple; and her pet Badger. She is survived by : her husband Clark Gates; her grandchildren, Melissa, Michelle, Dennis, Quiten, Jordan, Janee, Jaira, Evelyn, Garrett, Cameron, Wesley and Ember; her sibling Robin Speer (Lynn German) of Lakin, KS; her sister-in-law Janice Yaple of Heartwell, GA; and also, Kathryn Watts (Scott) of Manhattan, KS, John Osborn (Joannie) of Cimarron, KS, Frank Osborn (Charlet) of Reno, NV, Steve Gates of Henderson, NV and Carrie Ramsour (Daniel) of Grass Valley, CA. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
