It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steve Galliart of Cimarron, Kansas, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Galliart and Jean Doris Galliart (Stephan); his parents-in-law, Samuel and Irene Ellis; his brother Norman "Shorty"; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Ellis and Shirley Ellis; and his nephews, Richard and Curtis Ellis.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ellis of Cimarron; his children, Tammy Schartz (Mike) of Dodge City and Todd Galliart (Joy Marie) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Tanner, Nate, Preston Schartz and McKayla (Alyssa Galliart); Jeannie Laging (Ed) of Conway, Arkansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Cimarron Christian Church or the Gray County Over 50 in care of the funeral home.
