He was predeceased by : his parents, Elsworth J. Wright and Eloise Byarlay Wright; his siblings, Noland, Wayne, Dennis Wright and Elizabeth Wright; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Klein and Karen Wright.

He is survived by : his former life partner Jennice Beikmann Wright; his children, Shawna, Pamela and Wesley (Kristin Wright) of Clay Center, Kansas.; his stepson Dustin Mullin (Piper Mullin) of Clay Center, Kansas.; his wife Vicki Wright of Clay Center, Kansas.; his daughter Pam (Bryan Maloney) of Humboldt, Kansas.; his stepdaughter Robin (Chris Wilkinson) of South Lake, Texas.; his siblings, Sarah Klein of Sterling, Kansas., Maggie Bowman of Topeka, Kansas., Paul (Gwen Wright) of Clay Center, Kansas., Susan (Richard Bontrager) of Holton, Kansas., Dean Wright of Clay Center, Kansas. and Liana (Dayton Hess) of Clay Center, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Jorie, Jadyn Maloney, Megan, Justin Wright, Cole, Blake, Quinn, Nash Wilkinson, Hunter, Logan Mullin and Adelyn Mullin Lehman (Ethan); his sisters-in-law, Eve Wright of Clay Center, Kansas. and Mary Wright of Morganville, Kansas.; and also Cheryl (Jim).
