He was predeceased by: his father Maurice McMullen. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy McMullen (Scott) of Overland Park, Kansas; his wife Sandi McMullen of Clay Center, Kansas; his stepdaughters, Deanna Scobee of Clay Center, Samantha Martinez of Grand Junction and Chantel Martinez of Grand Junction, Colorado; and his siblings, Brandon (Dianne) of Olathe, Kansas, Kim (Eric Meade) of San Antonio, Karyl (Scott Elliott) of Shawnee and Kendra LeCluyse of Lenexa, Kansas.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the David McMullen Memorial Fund, to be designated later, and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
