It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Germann of Clay Center, Kansas, born in Dwight, Kansas, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Emmett James and Hazel Schrumm; and her former life partner Dale A. Beauchamp. She is survived by : her sons, Dwight E. Beauchamp (Allie) of Woodbridge, VA. and Durwin (Mick Beauchamp) of Clay Center, KS.; and her grandchildren, Torrie Battle (Aaron) of Louisburg, KS., Hayle Collins (Chris) of The Colony, TX., Frank Beauchamp (Heather), Katherine Beauchamp, Kris Scofield of Woodbridge, VA., Declan, Tatum, Colston, Chris, Jeff, Eric, Jared, Preston, Pierce, Payne, Jacob, Lemme and Noah. She is also survived by her granddaughter's and when able, her great grandchildren.
Later she worked at Ray's Apple Market as a product sampler until her forced retirement in 2020 due to COVID at the age of 89 years old.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
