He is survived by: his wife Margaret; and his children, Marla Paul (Joe), David Milligan, Karen Baker (Chris), Laura Laue (Hans), James Milligan and Jarold Milligan (Doreen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and four step-grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 17 step-great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
