She was predeceased by : her parents, Julius Bullock and Lillian Bullock (Franklin); her husband William Thurlow; her sister Wilma Ann Thorne; and her granddaughter Jennifer Horn.

She is survived by : her children, Karen Smith (Bob) of Manhattan, KS, Terry Thurlow (Robin) of Wakefield, KS, Lynn Thurlow (Kathryn) of Lindsborg, KS and Randy Thurlow (Coleen) of Wakefield, KS.. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
