She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin and Mildred Irene Carley (Gafford); her sisters, Mary Friedli and Phyllis Shelton; her sister-in-law Janice Carley; and her grandson Joshua Rookstool.
She is survived by: her children, William Overby (Michelle) of Ste. Genevieve, Heather Overby of Clay Center, Shannon Overby of Linn, Christopher Overby of Topeka and Steven Trudell; her brothers, Danny (Donna) of St. George, Carroll (Cindy) of Wamego and Tom of Cottonwood, Arizona; her brother-in-law Lloyd Friedli of Springfield, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Kelsey, Rebekha, Samuel, Christopher, David, Faith, Jason, Patrick, Destanie, Danyelle, Nate and LaKota. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
