He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Schurle and Rosella Schurle (Friederich); his wife Glenda Schurle of Green; his children, Patrick Schurle (Kim) of Green, Joseph Schurle (Lori) of Manhattan and Kendra Worthen of Clay Center; his grandchildren, Alexis, Lane Schurle of Green, Walker and Ellison Schurle of Manhattan; and his siblings, Kenneth Schurle (Connie) of Green, Doug Schurle (Brenda) of Green, Kathleen Christie (Roger) of Lawrence, Betty Phelps (Fred) of Topeka and Karen Schurle. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
