With solemn reverence, we commemorate Gary John Thome of Clearwater, Kansas, whose life came to an end on July 19, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Thome and Helen Thome (Winter); his siblings, Bill Thome and Debbie Thome; and his grandchildren, Kyrie Dawn Thome and Roman John Stegman.
He is survived by: his children, Megan Eickholt (Chad) of Overland Park, Jordan Thome (Lacie) of Valley Center, Rachel Cook (Brian) of Washington, Amanda Stegman (Jared) of Dodge City and Johanna Thome of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Ainsley Thome, Kamdyn Thome, Kolbe Thome, Brinklee Thome, Emerson Eickholt, Logan Stegman and Tucker Stegman.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (11000 W Southwest Blvd, Wichita, KS 67215). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
