She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rice and Jesse LaVaun Waymire; and her sister Mary Teresa Rice. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Hart, Becky Tullis and Christina Cardinal; and her brother Michael Edward Rice. She is also survived by three grandsons, four granddaughters, four great grandsons, and three great granddaughters.
