He was predeceased by: his mother Kimberly Wallace (Allison); his grandparents, Floyd, Margorie Allison, Charles and Helen Wallace; his aunt Judith Cumming; his uncle Daniel Wallace; and his cousin Erin Cumming.

He is survived by: his wife Jill Wallace (Opat) of Clearwater; his daughter Makaila Wallace of Clearwater; his father Tom Wallace of Clearwater; and his sister Megan Wallace of Clearwater. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and a host of lifelong friends.
