She is survived by: her husband Leo Jacobs; her son Roger (Darla) of Jamestown Kansas; her grandchildren, Cyranda, Bo Ready of Wamego, Skyler, Starleen Jacobs of Concordia Kansas and Makayla Jacobs of Jamestown Kansas; and her great grandchildren, Rochelle, Keisha, Ashlynn, RosaLee Ready, Kaysen Jacobs, Taylor Pierce, Joel Fuller and Jaxson Thompson.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Jamestown Community Church, Jamestown, Kansas, in memory of Martha.
