He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Elsworth and Betty Jane Horn (Rodman); his wife Mary Jayne Horn; and his nieces and nephews, Missy Horn of Denton, NC, Michelle Bowman Croom, Brandi Bowman, Phillip Horn, Brittany Horn and Drew Horn.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Clyde Grade School.
