He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Chavey and Helen Chavey (Tesmer); his brother Louis Chavey (Joy); and his sister-in-law Ima Jean Chavey. He is survived by : his brother Gerald Chavey; and his nieces and nephews, April Chavey Walker (Jeff Eakins), Coleen Jackson, Lana Cozad (Bob), Jim (Jackie), John (Cindy) and Rick Chavey.
