She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Smith, Sr. and Katherine Mae Smith (Bruce); and her siblings, Diana Ryan, Melissa Smith, Timothy Smith and Bradley Smith.
She is survived by: her children, John Benefiel, Jr. (Crystal), Jeremy Muller and Neka Hall; her grandchildren, Dylan Benefiel (Tatyana), Paige Hanna (Matt), Cheyenne Benefiel, Austin Benefiel (Emma), Garret Hanna (Corynn), Logan Benefiel, Selena Hall and Zachary Fruzza; and her siblings, Howard Smith, Jr. (Jody), Joe Smith (Sheri), Toby Smith (Marilyn), Robbie Smith and Nancy Reeves. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
