She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn F. Welsh and Frances E. Welsh (Nash). She is survived by: her husband Scott Blaness; her son Shelby C. Vogt of Wann, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Lincoln, Gage Vogt of Lenepah, Oklahoma and Shelby Sue Vogt of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; her siblings, Denise York (Bob) of Coffeyville, Diane George (Richard) of Coffeyville and Buck Welsh (Barb) of Mosinee, Wisconsin; her aunt Sharon; and her uncle Joe Ray. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
