It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Haynes of Coffeyville, Kansas, who passed away on January 13, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Haynes and Joanna Haynes (Kirk); and his siblings, Brenda Sears, Terry Haynes and Rosetta Haynes.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Gretchen Rutherford; his children, Michelle Robinson (Bruce) of Wichita, Ray Rutherford (Ashley) of Coffeyville, Kansas, Renee Rutherford (John Keylon) of Coffeyville, Kansas and Rachelle McCullough of Coffeyville, Kansas; his grandchildren, Lindy Newberry (Heath Bresee), Jesse Newberry (Lacey Gentry), Lily, Maya, Natalie, Katherine Rutherford, RaeAnna Rutherford-Madl (Scott Neyland), Kelsey, Chloe Keylon, Tamera McCullough (Jacobi Sharpe), Michael McCullough II and Tiana McCullough; his great grandchildren, Nova, Royce, Wraith, Valkyrie Bresee, Avelynn, Zelda Newberry, Braxton, Beckett Neyland, Jariah Sharpe and Ja'Mari Cartwright; and his sisters, Sharon Lamb, Donna Smalley and Sandy Haynes. He is also survived by numerous extended family and many friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions can be made to the Tatman Cancer Center (Chemotherapy); these may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
