As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Myrtle may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Redman and Edith Redman (Stark); her husband Andy Sitsler; her sister Ruth Voris (Redman) of Nowata; and her children, Elizabeth Nipper (Voris) of Coffeyville, Kansas, Kenneth R. Voris of Coffeyville and Jack Scott Voris, Jr. of Alabama.
She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Voris (Donna) of Independence, Linda Voris Baughn (Don) of Chanute and Larry J. Voris (Paula) of Wichita, Kansas; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Voris of North Carolina. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; plus many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home (306 N Cline Rd, Coffeyville, KS 67337). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tyro Christian Church (301 S Market St, Tyro, KS 67364).
