He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chester and Elsie Mae Cornett (Oder); and his brothers, David and Roger Cornett. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Cornett; his sons, Josh Cornett (Andrea) and Joey Cornett; his stepchildren, Sarah Key (James), Yancey Johnson (Desiree) and Billy Joe Johnson; his siblings, Pat Upton (Jerry), Mary Himmelreich (Paul), Donna Payden (Doug) and Tony Cornett; and his sister-in-law Linda Cornett. He is also survived by grandchildren.
