She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph E. Zillifro and Julia J. Zillifro (Dennis); her husband Larry Lukens; her daughter Terri Searles; and the parents of child, Ralph and Julia Zillifro.
She is survived by : her children, Roy (Laresa), Randy (Crystal), Chuck, Matthew, Jamie Lukens (Amber English), Tina Myers (David) and Cassie Lukens; and her siblings, Stephanie Boley, Sallie Usher (Scott) and Steve Zillifro (Peggy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Coffeyville First Church of the Nazarene; contributions may be left with or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
