He was predeceased by : his parents, Duane Berry and Twila Berry; his sister Loretta Bryant; his nephew Jarod Berry; and his grandparents, Clement, Neva Berry, Charlie and Mildred Carpenter.

He is survived by : his siblings, Randy Berry of Trenton Nebraska and Sheila Jones of Madison, Kansas; his nieces and nephews, Shane, Matt, Danielle Jones (Nortier), Shonette, John Daniels, Aaron, Adrienne (Baumfalk), Brian, Elaine Berry and Wade Bryant; his mother-in-law Millie Frederick; and his siblings-in-law, Mike, Jeff, Bubba Frederick, Nancy, Merlynne Frederick (Parker) and Sally Sparks.
