He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Royce, Claudia Yonkey, Larry and Donna Ellis. He is survived by : his parents, Gregory Ellis and Tonya Yonkey; and his brother Paden Ellis (Morgan) of Hoxie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Midwest Transplant Network or American Cancer Society and sent in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
